History

Originally founded in 1998 by best friends, the two property investors found the residential lettings & management services some what lacking in quality of service.

Having purchased their first properties in London in the 70’s and building up to a portfolio worth millions’ they made the decision to start managing their residential properties themselves.

Fairdeal Properties began as a humble two desk office in the open market in The Oaks, Acton W3 and was official registered in the year of 1999.

Starting with just their own properties to let and manage, soon the word spread amongst friends and family and the properties under mangement grew. Within in 12 months they had to expand and bought thier first office on Church Road in the year 2000.

The company prospered for a further 2 years when unfortunately due to a long term illness one of the partners passed away.

The second partner found it hard to stay motivated and decided to start reducing the managed stock of residential properties and go back to only managing his own portfolio.

Future

In 2014, Majid Haq, the son of the surviving partner decided it was a time for a change after spending 10 years working in the investment banking sector.

He made the decision to rejuvenate the business and start growing it with new technology, quality of service and increased transparency.

Having inherited a multi-million-pound portfolio and taking over the rains of managing it, he soon realised that the industry lacked transparency and true professionalism and using the skills he picked up from the banking and financial world he decided to apply it to the property sector.

Since then, the company has continued to grow and naturally moved into Sales and other property related services.

Having experience with his own portfolio and successfully manging and growing it further, Fairdeal Properties advise investors, landlords and vendors of how to increase the value of their properties and most importantly maximise returns.
